Free community health screenings including blood pressure checks, blood glucose testing, BMI assessment, cholesterol screening, and basic health evaluations. Our trained volunteers and partner healthcare professionals provide personalized health feedback.
Health Talks & Education
Engaging sessions on nutrition, disease prevention, mental wellness, and lifestyle medicine fundamentals. We tailor our presentations to the needs of each community, making complex health topics accessible and actionable.
Awareness Programs
Community-wide health campaigns tackling issues like diabetes awareness, heart health, cancer prevention, and mental health advocacy. Our programs use creative outreach to reach diverse populations.
